Our fees cover all the essential steps needed to complete your transaction, including:

Liaising with your real estate agent, broker, and lender

Preparing settlement statements and handling trust account funds

Buying Property - Approximate Fixed Fees
The prices below are estimates based on our experience with similar transactions and are expected to be straightforward. They assume a standard scope of work. If your matter is more complex, we’ll let you know before any additional costs are incurred. All prices are confirmed with you in our Letter of Engagement before acting.
